The whole thing is packed in a polystyrene cushion, which is the shape of the whole thing. This makes it a lightweight massager. The heater is just four glowing bulbs. There is no real heat. You can’t adjust the size. The width of the two massage discs cannot be adjusted, although this would be necessary. Unfortunately, the cables for power supply and operation are far too short. If you want to adjust something, you twist yourself because you can’t see what you want to adjust. Ok for the price.
